Maintaining an up-to-date network security or VPN strategy can be costly and resource intensive. Properly monitoring and reviewing security systems is a daily event requiring specialized personnel with hard-to-find skills. For many companies, a policy quickly becomes only a guideline due to a lack of attention or the experienced staff to respond to the ever-changing threats.

Basic Pre-Configuration Service:
Cerdant provides a variety of services to SonicWALL Customers. For a plug-and-play type experience we recommend the basic pre-configuration service when you purchase a firewall from SonicGuard.com. Please review the guidelines for this service below:
Firewall Levels - SonicWALL Devices included in current levels:
- Level 1 - All TZ models except TZ500/600, and SOHO
- Level 2 - TZ500/600, NSa 220/250M/2600
- Level 3 - NSa 3600/4600 Series
- Level 4 - NSa 5600/6600 Series
- Level 5 - SuperMassive 9000 Series
Please Note: Pre-Configurations do not include set up assistance for Analyzer and GMS.
Cerdant will provide configuration and deployment services for a fixed one-time fee. This pricing is intended for customers that need assistance with installation of a firewall but without the expectation of on-going monthly support services. The services below only apply to customers with no monthly service and includes the following:
- Review of firewall and security needs with customer
- Complete pre-install survey
- Configure firewall based on customer requests
- Modify configuration as needed
- Configuration of up to 3 SonicPoints
- Phone assistance to customer personnel to complete installation for up to 7 days from date of delivery to customer location
- No support for Analyzer or GMS included
Service Overview:
All work will be completed within 21 days from the date equipment is delivered to customer location. Cerdant must receive all information required for initial installation prior to shipping the equipment to customer location. All additional information to finalize installation must be received by no later than 10 days from the date equipment is delivered to customer location.
For level 1 devices with wireless included or any firewall with a wireless access point, Cerdant will assist with connecting one wireless computer or other device to the network. Additional devices will be the responsibility of the customer.
Unless otherwise agreed to, Cerdant will only provide configuration assistance on the device being delivered to the customer. Changes to customer�s network equipment or active directory server will be the customer�s responsibility.� Assistance from Cerdant will be billed on an hourly basis.
Cerdant will not provide training on the functionality of the equipment to the customer. Additional charges may apply if other on-site professional services are needed.
