Built from the ground up to provide outstanding email protection and security, MX Logic’s solutions filter up to 98.5% of spam and maintain an industry-leading low false positive rate (legitimate email marked as spam). In addition, these solutions liberate IT resources and fuel employee productivity, while decreasing network and storage costs and reducing corporate liability. Providing around-the-clock protection, MX Logic’s Threat Management Team detects and blocks all email based threats entering or leaving your network.

Technology:
MX Logic’s Email Defense Service utilizes the Mail eXchange (MX) record in Domain Name System (DNS). With MX Logic’s technology, customers do not risk message loss during the filtering process. Unlike other email protection solutions, MX Logic’s services act as a “proxy,” filtering messages in-line as they are delivered to the customer (see figure below). It is important to note that MX Logic is not a traditional store-and-forward filtering service that accepts an email for a customer and writes the message to a disk queue, where it can be lost if the disk queue is damaged or corrupted.
