This promotion is open to new customers and existing customers upgrading from legacy SonicWall firewalls or competitive (non-SonicWall) firewall products. You must provide an eligible trade-in and purchase a qualifying 3-year service subscription.

High Availability ensures continuous network uptime by deploying two firewalls in a primary/backup configuration. If the primary firewall fails, the HA backup unit automatically takes over all network functions within seconds, maintaining connectivity and protection without any manual intervention. This is essential for businesses that cannot afford network downtime.

No! One of the key benefits of this promotion is that the HA backup unit does NOT require a second set of security licenses. This makes it an extremely cost-effective solution for achieving network redundancy and peace of mind.

This promotion includes TZ series firewalls (TZ 80, TZ 270, TZ 370, TZ 470, TZ 570, TZ 670). Each eligible firewall comes with a matching HA backup unit. Please refer to the Eligible Product Matrix for specific trade-in requirements.

CSE includes Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA), content and threat filtering, device posture assessment, and streamlined management.

Yes! This promotion accepts competitive (non-SonicWall) firewall trade-ins. You can upgrade from any eligible competitor product to receive a free Gen 7 firewall plus matching HA unit. Proof of ownership for at least six months is required.

You are required to dispose of your old legacy firewall within 60 days of registering your replacement Gen 7 firewall pair. SonicWall may request proof of ownership and proper disposal as part of the promotion terms.

Terms and Conditions

To qualify for SonicWall's 3 & Free High Availability Promotion, customers must provide an eligible trade-in—either a legacy SonicWall firewall or a competitive product owned for at least six (6) months prior to registration. Once registered, customers must dispose of their old product within 60 days.

If proof of ownership isn't provided within 15 days after request, or if the old product isn't disposed of within the 60-day window, SonicWall may cancel the replacement product's services.
