Secure Upgrade Plus

To qualify, the participant must be the legal owner of an Eligible SonicWall Product that is currently registered with the manufacturer and listed in the Eligible Product Matrix. The device must be purchased through approved channels. For competitive trade-ins, the Eligible Competitive Product must also be listed in the matrix.

Yes. Within approved upgrade paths, you can transfer any remaining or unused service and support subscriptions from your old SonicWall appliance to the new appliance. The transfer equals the subscription time remaining on the old appliance.

As a condition of the program, you must dispose of the Eligible Product within sixty (60) days of the Registration Date. SonicWall reserves the right to terminate services on the Replacement Product if the old device is not disposed of within this window. Proof of ownership must be provided within 15 days upon written request.

For competitive trade-ins, purchase and registration of the Eligible Competitive Product requires six (6) months prior ownership. You must also provide current contact details and certify all information on the Competitive Replacement Form is accurate.

The program covers Firewall Appliances (TZ and NSa series), Virtual Appliances (NSv series), Wireless Access Points (SonicWave series), Email Security Appliances, and Secure Mobile Access (SMA series).
